Acupuncture

The gentle insertion of fine sterile needles into the tissue to give therapeutic relief and rebalance the body.​

Counselling

Pluralistic therapy is a client-centred, collaborative, and flexible approach to counselling that uses a variety of methods to treat mental health conditions.

Cupping Therapy

A local suction is created on the skin with the application of special cups, similar to a deep tissue massage.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or Tapping

EFT involves tapping specific points on the body, primarily on the head and face, in a particular sequence. 

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a state of relaxation and concentration at one with a state of heightened awareness, induced by suggestion.

Indian Head Massage
