Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update & Guidance
Screening for treatment.
You must answer NO to all of the following:
1) Have you had a fever within the last 10 days
2) Do you have a persistent dry cough (coughing for more than an hour or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hrs, or a worsening pre-existing cough)
3) Have you been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with Covid-19 or coronavirus-type symptoms.
4) Have you been advised to stay home and self isolate or self quarantine
5) Do you have any other symptoms that could mean that you have a Covid-19 infection
You will be asked these questions again in clinic and asked to sign a consent form to confirm your answers.
1. Arrival at the clinic
Please ensure that you arrive at the time of your appointment and not before. Where possible doors will be left open to avoid the need to contact door handles, however please use your elbow if you do need to open doors or ask for assistance on your arrival.
Before entering the treatment room, please wash your hands in the bathroom designated for clients. You will find disposable paper hand towels for drying your hands and hand sanitiser gel also.
You should bring a mask with you or one can be provided in clinic.
2. Treatment room
All soft fabrics have been removed and replaced with wipeable coverings including the pillow cases. No towels or blankets will be used during treatments. You are welcome to bring your own towel should you wish.
3. Payment
We encourage the use of contactless where possible.
Cash will still be acceptable for those who do not have contactless or cards.
